Shipping Methods

PC Felix ships to all states in the USA using UPS, USPS, or DHL, depending on your location.

Economy Shipping: Ships the same day if you place your order before 4 PM CDT, and arrives in 3-5 business days. Free shipping for every order.
Express Shipping: Ships the same day if you place your order before 4 PM CDT, and arrives in 1-2 business days. Shipping charges may be applied.

Back Order: If we are out of stock, you can place a back order and we will ship the software in 2 weeks via economy or international shipping methods.

We send you an order tracking number for every shipping method. We will send the tracking number to your e-mail once the order is processed.

Return order

Thank you for being a PC Felix customer!
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our Return Policy.

Return Conditions

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

How to return an order

To return an item, please email customer service at return@pcfelix.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
